Extremely superior customer service! I really appreciate the time and, most importantly, the EFFORT that was put into my car. I really appreciate any dealership that doesn’t take women for granted, and these are most certainly one of them! From the moment I brought my car in, I felt like I was being treated with respect, honesty, and genuine care. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that values their customers and stands behind the service they provide. Thank you all so much! —Waa’Keil ❤️

I called Encino Automotive in Killeen to have my Volkswagen diagnosed, and I had a great experience from start to finish. Sebastian got everything started for us and provided excellent customer service right away. The next day, Eli called to go over everything they found. He took the time to explain the issues, what repairs were recommended, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured to approve repairs on the spot. They gave me the information I needed so I could make the best decision for my vehicle. I’m very happy with the service provided by both the mechanics and Eli. It’s nice to find a shop that’s honest, professional, and focused on taking care of its customers. I would definitely recommend Encino Automotive to anyone looking for trustworthy auto service.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, which I was treated with. I definitely will recommend this place. The person who took care of me was very acknowledge and show me pictures of what needed to be done. I think that was very important and the price was reasonable. I saved over $1800 by going here. I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely continue to come here for any service that I need. Transparency and honesty are the two main keys to retain customers, and they have definitely retained me

I highly recommend Encino Automotive to anyone looking for automotive repairs and services. First and foremost, they offer some of the most competitive prices in town. They are very honest, respectful, understanding and are willing to help you out if they can. The work that was done to 2 of my vehicles (Engine replacement and the other a transmission replacement) was done very professionally and in a very reasonable time frame. They stand by their work, and they undoubtedly honor their warranty. I am very happy that I decided to take my cars to Encino Automotive. I have absolutely no regrets. Not only have a found a high quality and extremely professional automotive shop to take my cars too, but I have also found some very good people and good friends. Again, I highly recommend Encino Automotive to anyone and everyone that needs automotive repairs and services.
